Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Echo Cloud at getecho.cloud and its connections to AI assistants. Echo is operated by Nithin Mukundan.
Your account
Provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in and connected-provider credentials secure, and use Echo only where you are legally permitted to do so. You are responsible for actions taken through your account and for managing assistant connections you authorize.
Your content
You keep your rights to material you submit to Echo. You give us permission to store and process it only as needed to operate the service, carry out your requests, and provide features you enable. Make sure you have the rights to use content you upload or ask Echo to process. AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate; review it before relying on or publishing it.
Connected services
Assistant clients, AI providers, sign-in providers, and other integrations have their own terms and policies. Their availability and behavior may change. When you authorize an assistant to call Echo tools, the assistant can receive the data returned by those tools and can request changes within the access you grant.
Acceptable use
Do not use Echo to violate law, infringe others' rights, access another person's account or data without permission, distribute malicious content, or disrupt the service. We may suspend access when reasonably needed to protect the service or its users.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Echo available, but features and integrations can change and occasional interruptions can occur. We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated through the service or this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms where permitted by law.
Ending use and contact
You can stop using Echo and delete your account. The Privacy Policy explains data handling and deletion. Questions about these terms can be sent to hello@getecho.cloud.
